thats great news,those lawsuits are a godsend for BTHR.it's like when buying a car.leans against car,must be settled before transaction is completed,usualy thru money from the sale.looks like a distress sale to me.sounds like a very motivated seller with back against a wall.

Most successful restaurants have lawsuits against them. Thats why they all carry an insurance policy for such things.
