The "period of performance" is deployment and maintenance of the first production units.

The reason you don't find much about testing(other than NOC's failure)is because, get this, the program is...

classified.

That means the .gov(DHS,FBI,CIA) doesn't really want you to know what it is,never mind if it works right until they use it in the field.

So buy more shares and hide them in the secret bunker!

No doubt prices will and are being manipulated. In my opinion as we stand now PSID is the only company that has passed all the requirements set out by DHS and no future testing will be necessary. If so, previous noted testing period would be amended on the fly. The need for our products is at a all time high and the sooner their in the field the better.

I agree with all that. The only thing I think worth adding is that psid can't behave like Muhamed Ali, and talk trash, and blab to the world that they are the greatest and predict a KO in the 10th round, publicly.

psid MUST remain in good diplomatic standing and seen by her prospective customers as neutral and accepting of all conditions required. Business etiquette. The process.

Have there been back-room nods? Has the right person said to another right person, "it's in the bag"?

psid would never say. That would be detrimental to success of their mission. Will there really be an additional 18 months, or is that just what's being said and can be added to, or even lessened, at any time.

My point is: regardless of psid's recent report or all the government/DHS public requirements, we can not say for sure on anything, anyone says!

I happen to believe, it will all play out very differently than what's been put down on paper to date. From all sides. So, some here can say "we will be fast tracked", and they might just be right. Some people can hang on every syllable of all sides and say "that's the way it will all go down".

We will see hopefully soon...
