PSID prices will be manipulated for a few years because PSID will have to wait at least a little over 2 years to go through both Stages. That's if PSID is chosen. No one on the outside know for sure if PSID is chosen because we have to wait for the official release from DHS.

Burned by sub-pennies, lessons learned from sub-pennies and my future profits won't be earned from sub-pennies.
