Actually, I was indeed starting to wonder if I was going to get some of your shares on the cheap. Drat! ;-)

I think there is a good deal of truth to what you said. Haddock needs to step up, providing greater transparency and getting the job done. I am also disappointed in his performance.

But I also think that Frasier made a larger muddle of the company's corporate structure and books than you give him credit for -- leaving more of a mess for Haddock and the SEC to sort out. Also, you might want to speak with Haddock about how he views the SEC's role. I think he might have a different opinion on that.

Nevertheless, Haddock was brought in to fix this stuff and he hasn't yet. Then again we are dealing with a nanocap and a massive bureaucracy. Sometimes things take much longer than one can imagine.

Just like you aren't going to sell me your shares, I sure as heck am not going to sell you mine. And I'll keep trying to acquire cheapies as folks decide to throw in the towel.

Timing is also an issue here. In the past year or two, the SEC has really cracked down on pinks and is being much more careful with what they approve. IDLM is experiencing their new policy. I believe the approval process would have been much easier and much quicker a few years ago.
