I think we may b laying the blame on the wrong doorstep...I'm not sure how much of this delay/darkness the SEC is responsible for....me thinks it may b all Frasier/Haddock....with the relative high salarys and distinguished pedigrees of IDLM management this shoulda been a walk in the park....this is not brain surgery...it's untangling the books of a small microcap going back a few years....something a college accounting student could of accomplished in the time Haddock has had....blaming the SEC is a convenient exscuse to deflect the ire where it belongs...Fraser and Haddock......now with all that said,they have a viable growing property,no Wadi I will not sell you my shares,and yes that is me with a sizable order in today above .12 on the bid :)
