SOE does not want SRSR. That is the ONLY conclusion available.

You are making assumptions without full knowledge of the situation.

None of us know what the SOE's intentions are. They have not yet completed their due diligence so until they do they won't be acting in any manner.

HKHE was never able to pull of the deal. I suspect that group is out and will not return. CVRG isn't even a mining company any longer so they will certainly not be a factor going forward.

Once the SOE completes their due diligence one may be able to learn more about their intentions.

Until then its a waiting game. There certainly are not a huge number of interested parties and unlikely there is any who have done any significant due diligence to date. Its too time consuming and costly to begin without clarity of SOE intentions.

I agree the longer it takes to hear the more likely the price falls.

I have bought considerably over the past month primarily because I had the capital, I have now stopped as I think the price may move lower and I can add more at better prices. If instead the price rises in anticipation of news I will add then as well. I don't know what will happen so I am prepared for multiple scenarios.

The company doesn't have a lot of options other than to wait for a deal to materialize. IMHO Scott will wait as long as it takes.
