Thats 3 billion market cap. Travel centers of america has over 100 truck stops and trades on the nyse at a 300 m market cap or about 3 million net worth per stop. What do you guys not understand? If this company wats to expand much beyond this project the OS will have to go even higher. Yes, they have big plans for this one stop and i can see it bringing 100 million in value. They would have to build 30 truck stops of this size in the next year for this to be worth 3 billion. Oh, and they would need about a billion dollars infinancing to do it. PPS .20 is the target here if the money gets verified and a second project of this size is confirmed. Until then its stuck and even downward in pps based on my dd.
