Wow! Seems BGL haven't given up on CM/GC..they know the value of these mining properties!!! As to:

I don't think 'relationships' can be restored. Local CM Ejidatarios hate BGL.

Apart from not having filed an appeal against MSJ's victory in the Mexican Courts they would need to seek a 'Safe Harbor' if they somehow were EVER allowed back to Cinco Minas! The local Ejidatarios are not overly enamored of Bandera apparently. According to previous posts; poisoning locals' livestock with cyanide and failing to pay them didn't go down well. What would they do..offer the locals 4 years back pay? Lol! This is a moot point anyway as:

1) BGL don't own CM (they only ever had a 60% JV with MSJ..which MSJ terminated)

2) They don't have Surface Rights Agreement with the Ejidatarios.

3) They lost the court case in August 2011.

On Feb. 26, 2008, Bandera initiated a Mercantile lawsuit (the Mercantile Lawsuit) in Guadalajara, claiming that Minera San Jorge, S.A. de C.V., (MSJ) had failed to comply with the Option Agreement and seeking enforcement of the same.

how about some current information? some claim there is a link to more litigation, but all that can be found is a link to BGL's statement(s) and nothing from a 3rd party...I would like to see something current proving more litigation as some on the board are claiming to have, (but can not provide the information or link they claim to have seen that no one else can find)...I don't believe there is any link from the federal court as claimed

MSJ owns ALL SRGE mining concession titles including Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera there will be another writing of events giving details of the buyout and acquisitions SRGE Long's will benefit from this msj will come forward when they are ready to announce it

Bandera Gold Ltd. has terminated the litigation on its Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera mining properties located in Mexico. Bandera has diligently defended its rights to enforce the original option agreement signed by the parties, only to be obstructed at every turn by procedural manoeuvres common in the justice system in Mexico. The board of Bandera has assessed the uncertainty of any potential resolution, timing and cost of continuing the court cases, combined with general poor financial conditions in the mining sector affecting the market value of the properties. 

After assessing these factors, the board has determined Bandera's resources are better focused toward identifying and evaluating mineral properties of merit for acquisition, exploration and development.
