caboca...that is correct, however, not after hours. The transaction occurred earlier when we were still at the .0077 level. The MM or broker just didn't complete the filing/reporting transaction during the open market. They use the form t to report it after hours.

CORRECTED - Hate it when you reread your post and discover you mispelled words after you hit send! LOL

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it almost doesn't' matter 'when' nearly as much as it matters that it happened, period.

If someone bought 28 million shares at .0077, they are either kicking themselves now (given closing price) OR they think they know something about where the price of those 28 million shares is going to be soon.

I really hope it's the latter...and hope even more that they are right. :-)

I THINK IT SHOWS HOW BAD MM'S SHORTED US AGAIN

Every time I see the trades right after the bell they are usually a small amount of shares that the MM's had to put back due to shorting the stock on that day.

OVER 28 MILLION shares were shorted by the MM's and raises the PPS from 65 to 77.....WOW.....WOW. They were already in trouble shorting us on this stock and now this.

The only conclusion I can come to is that their is BIG BIG MAJOR news coming tomorrow. Otherwise they would not have taken us down like they did today!!

Any of you stock pros agree with my assessment???
