That is the burning question I need to ask Tripp (if I could ever get a hold of him) ... why on earth does he need MJNA at all, it is almost like a tick that lives off of him, and no more than an unnecessary layer of paperwork. It seems like a one way relationship to me, unless there is something I completely miss.

He does all the promoting, all the legwork, and most if not all of the revenue.

we own dixie elixirs. we own 60% of the company. there was a contract.. a payment... saying dixie elixirs can leave MJNA is flat out false. It cannot happen without mjna agreeing to sell their share in the company. We own them... why is this so hard for some people to understand. Oreo cannot leave Kraft without Krafts permission. ABC cant leave disney without disney's permission.


MJNA owns all intellectual property rights to dixie elixirs.. formulas and recipes. Seriously, why is this so hard to understand?
