the huge thing you missed was the million + dollar buyout we offered him. Plus all the connections we have through out the industry and in multiple states.
dixie elixirs is a great brand. but without MJNA they would have spent years inside Colorado before any chance of getting out. We provided them with the ability to leave Colorado and market their products to a much larger base. this relationship worked well for both sides.
your argument that tripp is this great business man flies right in the face with you next argument that he is an idiot for signing with MJNA. it cant be both. the deal made sense for everyone.
