Please forget about DisplayTek for the time being it is not funded. Call Hilal and ask him. Plus round said 12 million dollars worth of stock was sold 22 months ago. Now think for one moment if that was TRUE CTKH would be a reporting company today. With the assets and the 12 million in $$$$$ l am sure even round can figure out that comes to over the 10 million dollar mark. And Hilal would have been forced to report!! Do not let round confuse you with his lies and wishful thinking.

Jump to msg. # For those of you who are being confused by gueenies lying questions, the filing was for $1 million in shares valued at .0001 each. That filing was also only the latest in others that had given Fayiz authorization to sell a total of 9 billion Class A common shares. No one has ever produced the filings that informed the SEC of their intent to sell the remaining shares but it is obvious that they were filed since the shares were sold.
None of the shares were actually sold at .0001. Most of them were in fact sold between Dec '03 and Jan '04. It is unknown exactly how much was raised, but it has been speculated that they sold for an average price of .0032+
The amount of money that was needed for DisplayTek was $9 million. This figure is stated in the 20 page fundraisnng document that queenie and others on this baord have in their possession. Queenie denies that he has it but he actually signed a non-disclosure statement for Fayiz. (Queenie actually wrote the statement himself)
We learned that by the middle of '04 Cetek had $3 million in the bank. We assume that it was the remaining 3 from the money raised by selling 3.75 billion shares.
It is certainly possible that they raised more than $12 million. But we have strong reasons to believe the they raised AT LEAST that much.
Do not allow queenie to ocnfuse you with all of his nonsense.
