The information I see says they are looking for a merger/acquisition to return value to the shareholders.

Also they authorized another 259M shares. Do you know exactly what for? I would like proof with sources and links please to your theory of dumping.

I can show you in another company merger agreement where part of the merger transaction involved a couple hundred million shares. Also, when it was publicly announced the price ran from .005 to .07 ... Yes half a penny to seven whole pennies!!!
