My theory of dumping HAHAHAHA!!! Man look at the chart, volume and price action. You are not going to convince anybody that PH doesn't sell shares and there is no dilution. Man, people are not idiots. maybe someone who started trade pennt stock yesterday is going to fall for it but 99% people know what is going on here
