The challenge as I see it in holding very many shares is having to deal with all the diluted shares being sold by the company.
IF a settlement is reached, what GOOD is that going to do shareholders for much more than a day? Only company insiders will profit. What insiders in this greedy world would pass any of those profits along to shareholders in the pinks? Zip-Zero-Nadda.
Profit takers will unload their shares the day of any settlement news as will the company be selling shares as fast as they can (what's NEW!?)
The market doesn't need one MORE energy drink either. It's already reached saturation peak with energy drinks.
(Now any company who can come up with a good drink in a can to help people sleep BETTER (diluted Ambien elixar) from all the caffeine they've been overdosing on during the day through chugging down energy drinks might be a HUGE moneymaker! Call it something such as: RELAX, or better yet ... NITE NITE or SNUZ)
