Dcc, we all know Sitoa is selling them, for them to be buying and selling them, who the F would do that? They may be stating conversion of creditor's debt but even if that is truth they still are contributors to this lowering price by the OS increasing. They still have to explain that per conversation with our Official Spokesman.

DCPoker...I disagree..while it appears that sitoa is buying IRIS..yet IRIS is the majority shareholder of SITOA. IRIS did 150 mil last year in sales..IMO I feel they are looking for an entry into a US company without all the paperwork..why else would they do it..Since IRIS owns a majority of sitoa why would they tank their own stock..unless to purchase the remaining shares..it is the only logical conclusion...
