from dell's viewpoint, it looks like things are wrapping up. if they wanted to continue embedding wave's software, i imagine they'd have let wave know.

with wave, i tend to presume something isn't until there's formal evidence that it is.

the bar isn't set inside the harbour. it is that some legally relevant statement is made that suggests a transaction is executed.
