Have you done your DD...FDA doesn't approve IND, they clear the IND for clinical trials so during phase I, II or III they can place a clinical hold on it at anytime (i.e. you haven't supply the data to them, etc). We, investor us this approval term which means being clinical trials.

The IND was approved and given a number, they can start the clinical phase one and two trials. This is what we have all been waiting on. Read up on the IND process and your understanding will be clearer. BMSN
