I appreciate your wisdom. I too have lived through r/s although only 1 with BPAX (disaster).
I have not experienced this situation of a merger/ r/s.

I don't have much business experience but ANI could have enough revenue that they want us for tax reasons goodness knows with our clinical trials and legal expenses we could help ANI keep more money from uncle Sam.

ANI seems to be thriving; hiring new people etc. I think this is an opportunity.

If we can get some news to raise the pps and minimize or avoid the r/s it would certainly be a better deal.
