Gump .... KATX can't be more "DEAD" than
some hoped and the pps seems quite stable for the time being.
Of course there are numerous opinions but just opinions.

Gump...a bit misleading and not applicable for katx! Where do you see debt in the Form D? Looks more like sale of equity to me.
