I'm now lazy in my old age so I don't dig too deeply any more. And I sometimes agree with you. But I try for the Bottom line. In the past KATX HAS USED convertible debentures and these are dynamite for little funding-desperate companies like KATX. Hence the words - death spiral. I firmly believe this happened and is still happening with KATX via this Arkahdy person. The KATX filings are not simple to find but right now my bottom line is -- KATX IS DONE - finito - washed up. I think you will see this Arkahdy guy and his friends roll KATX back big time and then vend-in another asset in another industry ( perhaps ), finance it, and try to run an entirely new pump and dump completely separate from BVIG. Ken will run his own new pump and dump on BVIG.
