Nothing of the sort has been "proven". Those terms are subject to widely varied interpretations. Nothing is engraved in stone about that terminology.

All have their own opinions and interpretations. It is MY opinion that they are pretty much the same. It is a perfect scenario for Toxic Charlie and his lawyers to carefully craft a PR that seems to imply that something is different in order to fool investors into bidding up the stock, when in reality WGAS is stuck in the same mud that is has been for quite a while now, except the o/s has quadrupled and continues to head relentlessly higher.

There is no difference what so ever. Why is it taking soooo long if its a done deal? What are the contingencies? Why hasn't Volk public ally acknowledged the 2 year long litigation?

What's nice about fridays action is that it puts those who sold over the last four days quite a bit underwater.

Those expecting to now accumulate large positions will be paying up for it.
