Correct. Gagging the TA is an intentional action which allows the company to hide pertinent information from investors.

You stated that Mark has made mistakes and I pointed out that gagging the TA so you can sell billions of shares is an intentional action, not a mistake.

Who cares what 90% of pinks do. This board & discussion pertains to MIKP.

FINRA is not punishing MIKP.
