frebet...Your 'refresh page' rate is probably...

Set to 30 seconds...To adjust these settings:

On the blue IHUB menu bar at the top of every page...

Click on 'Tools'
Click on 'My Settings'
The second one down is 'Favorites Refresh Rate' (in seconds)
Change it to: 60 or 120 or higher to your preference...

That way you can read long IBox's without this happening...

That should take care of your problem...
