All these "funding" firms make placements then sell their stock because if they go over the 9.9 they become control persons and their stock gets restricted... And they are NOT investors, they are finders and play the spread between the discounted price they paid for the stock and the market value........
They are being bought and held because they are WORTH holding. This co. is going to take some time, but by the end of the year will be running like a raped ape
