wow the volume has fallen off so much even after the APS bs there were still 10 mil a day then down to 2-3 mil now its always a few hundred thousands barely enough for the mms to keep it fluid; its seems like the shares are being bought up and held. i've asked this question on here before and no one replied, what are the SEC rules when you buy large amounts of stocks? is it the same as large private placements where you have to file with the SEC? thanks to anyone with information
