Maybe I did. I sold because : 1) Thats what they ALL say. 2) Overbought on daily and weekly chart. 3) Market needs some reason to buy and push us past the .02 levels (which I currently can't forsee unless of course news comes out) and 4) Was starting to look top heavy.

By all means I don't think this one is over but in the short term my own opinion is that it will cool down and breathe a bit to the .015-6 area until news or the chart gets close to reset just like it did on the initial run to .018 then back to .0101..

I think a lot of people are missing some real numbers on the Dawson Creek Property.



The truck stop project is only taking up a max of 25 acres. The other 122 acres are prime for developing. So take the following equations:



If MultiCorp were to do a simple land lease of that property so other people can put their businesses on that land, this is the yearly revenue MultiCorp would receive JUST for a land lease at $1.00 per sq’



1 Acre = 43,560 Square Feet - 43,560 x 100 acres x $1.00 x 12 months = $52,272,000 per year in net collected revenue! Over $52 Million in revenues per year just on the land lease. The company would be set on this but add in the other potential $30-35 Million a year in revenue from the truck stop, hotel, etc and now MultiCorp has projected gross revenues each year of over $80 Million dollars! And most land leases are for a minimum of 10-20 years – That equals $800 Million up to $1.6 Billion potential just on this project.
