some folks think supporting the company is the same thing as being indulgent of its management.

i don't.

i think a management that makes poor decisions should expect those decisions to be challenged.

and a management which got the doughnut hole so wrong and invested in electric car advertising is a management that should be watched closely and criticised aggressively.
