If the Daic parties can't pull this Tmob case off in their favor they would be wasting money to pursue anything anywhere else. If they haven't filed any cases overseas yet, it will take years and tons of money to get any foreign case in court. While the Daic parties might pick up the patent on the cheap, if they are not successful on an appeal, the patent will be worthless to them and us. I can only see a reversal on appeal being positive for all. Some might speculate that the Daic parties might let the case just wither on the vine, then pick up the patent at a fire sale. I think if the case is not appealed and a reversal won, there is no hope for the daic parties in any future litigation efforts. In sum, the fat lady will have sung her last song.
