Great to have you here and very helpful to give us a bit more detail of where the company is at re infringement case.
By doing so, you take a lot of speculation and guesswork out of this forum, a very welcome move.

Is this contribution to this forum a "one off" or can we expect to see you here more often? Are you here to answer our questions and give some more background info to where the company is at re production, legal( as you did today) etc or do you plan to organise more regular conference calls to give investors an opportunity to stay well informed?

I have always been confused regarding the Federal Appeals Court decision...as it relates to the trial ahead. Has it been determined by the Appeals court that there was patent infringment and therefore ONLY damages need to be determined in the Sept trial? OR does the trial ahead determine whether or not there was infringment and if so determines damages; or if not no damages are to be awarded. AND if the later...what effect would the Appeals court decision have on an appeal??? In short...what is to be determined in the Sept trial and how does the Federal Appeals court decision matter to it????
