SMME a motion filed to have the Judge issue a summary Judgement for Patent Infringement against V & MC The Judge could rule on this in 4 to 8 weeks (estimate) or could hold over decision till the Jury trial in September. If ruled against V & MC on this motion than the Jury trial will just be dealing with our financial claim for Patent Infringement. By the way some people are under the wrong view that upon V & MC loosing they could drag this out for years on appeal. WRONG. Patent case appeals in the Federal Court system are dealt with by the Court in months not years. The Patent Court scheduling is very quick unlike normal civil proceedings. By the way I have decided to respond now since what I am saying is public information. Those complaining if hearing nothing from the company should understand how a CEO of a public company is restrained a lot if the time from making internal information public. And especially information about litigation of the size and magnitude of this. We are taking a very steady and careful course as we move forward against two of the largest financial company's in the World.
