No I didn't "IMPLY" that this bogus PR is/was illegal. I simply stated that PR(s), including the one I reference, are what got MIKP the SEC suspension. I also directly stated (no inference required) that when this PR was released there was massive selling (again check the volume during this PR period).
This PR was released to induce artificial buying interest in the stock so SOMEBODY could more easily sell shares. In fact, SN PRs were used for this scenario multiple times.
