Hey deri- I agree with what you say here. Issue is that Mark knew those figures were not even close to reality yet chose to release it as factual and sold shares into everyone of those news releases.

FINRA biggest concern was PR'S about Servenation and estimates of future revenue. However those estimates were actually from an outside source. I am to lazy to look through old PR'S as well if you look back at MIKP's old blogs you will find that Mark states that also.
