Deals are made all the time whether they are ethical or not. Being in the construction trades for 33 plus years has given me some insight to how greed and money will make some of the most reputable people turn on their very own. I know I know what people think, what does a lowly uneducated union millwright know about "big business". I have seen plenty. I won't name companies because I'm not going to implicate or imply wrong doing between the unions and company officials but it goes on. Bids get held up or lost or not received on time, no show paychecks for sons and whomever else is negotiated and kickbacks from overbidding on labor, material, whatever you name it, and I'm talking about multi million dollar schools, power plants, chemical plants ect.
Why am I to believe its not going on here? Because it's Wall Street and not some power plant in paducah ky? C'mon think about it. Why has the price been held down since feb 14 2012? Why such a low evaluation on the company? Why did GVAX get sold for 1 million and purchased for around 9 million when it was in the crapper? Lots of questions very few honest answers.
The shares are yours to vote and vote them as you see fit. I have no problem with that wouldn't matter if I did.
I feel like they have put their hand in my wallet and taken money out for the last year and now they want me to vote for someone else to do the same? NO thanks
Good Luck, like it or not in the end we are all in this together, regardless of which way the vote goes.

Some think if one has a title, degree in front of name, somehow that person is better, deserves trust and respect, in most cases that could be true. Beware of white collar crooks. Count your fingers after you shake hands.

If all these Dr's are so Noble. why for heaven sake, are they all jumping the ship with golden parachutes, leaving us with CVR rescue rafts locked up in safe? ......sorry folks we not sure if they are inflated.

Jadite, I said they may very well have been acting in our best interest.

But acting in our interest and acting ethically are two whole different issues. Maybe it is the line of work that I am in that makes me view things differently.

You can't argue that the valuations were not deflated, so you have to ask yourself what else can be fudged. They may not have seen it that way at the time, but many shareholders do. Or maybe it is just me.

I hope your right and the ends, justifies the means, and hope that we truth seeking shareholders didn't screw it up for everybody.

Maybe they don't look at investors as "funders", they look at them as leeches that are getting a free ride on their work. So maybe from that point of view they don't think we deserve much.
