Recently SFX has announced the acquisition of multiple major properties in this space, and looks to have a IPO imminently slated for the near future.
The industry is already hot, with LiveNation and others vying for the same properties, and looking to take advantage of this huge new trend!
“NGHT” is currently positioned as the only pub co in this space (besides live nation), and has been on a path of growth over the last 2 years.
According to a past 8k of “NGHT”, the company has hopes of completing more acquisitions like the one they just did in Dallas, and growing the company to a point of value to make it attractive for acquisitions by the titans currently fighting for a foothold in this field
“NGHT” already partners and works with everyone in this space, so if they continue to grow, by acquiring the fragmented smaller companies and markets that these guys are not after, this would make NightCulture, the cleanup company! And would give them enough growth to be of value to the big boys in 12-24 months, when the acquisition field has dried up and the mid-tier players who are organized and have good financials will be the only targets left.
