That's great, excuse my ignorance. I've been pretty busy and haven't had time for much DD at all, just jumped in here based on few details but the more I see the better I like it.
That's a big step getting the filings up-to-date. That will bring in more investors and higher prices and values. Lots of people won't even invest if the company isn't current.
