We can see in the most recent filing that the company was not able "to take off" in 2011 - 12 !

Now that they signed the China deal, opened the office there
( more contracts with having the new partner !!! ) and have an England deal,

and the USA potential
( as soon as the USA is willing to freaking recycle .... like Europe has been for some time already !!!! )

The company seems to be sure of the upcoming success ????

so they are filing to become current, and IMHO, once they are current,

by then, more licensing deals ............... NASDAQ listing NEXT !!!!!!!!
