I would agree that it usually is not a good sign, but only for companies that tend to have it earlier. Wave is not one of those companies. So for Wave, I don't put any judgement on the date either way. It's the way it has been for a long time.

As for any "engagement(s) of substance by July," I have no specific thoughts right now. There are too many things that are unclear presently.

The company has already stated it will address that listing deficiency with another reverse split, if necessary.
