Possibly "It takes money to sue and there isn't a guarantee you'll ever see a penny after the lawyers split it up". Has anybody spoken to a Lawyer yet? Sometimes they will take cases on contingency, or other basis.
I lost a lot money in this scam. The money is gone but I would love to see these jerks behind bars for what they did. There is supposed to be justice for people like this. I'm still having a hard time with how the SEC can allow them to stay in business. There was no bankruptcy filing or liquidation of assets? How can this happen?
Count me in if anyone is contemplating legal actions.
