Rickapple1, You most likely know more about the history of this penny that I do, however I'm not as quick to dismiss CTKH as the perpetrator here. You used the phrase "Phony Motorola-alliance" in your 1st sentence on your post. That appears to be the premise of your argument. However that premise is incorrect IMO. There WAS a REAL alliance with Motorola which is well publicized in PR's. That is the official record.

Do you really believe that FH lied to Motorola and created a DEAL which ended up in PR's, and then FH pulls the plug after he pumps his stock. From a logical, practical point of view I would think that FH would have far greater to gain by making the Motorola deal STICK !!! It sounds, IMO, like FH bailed out after MOT bailed out, and possibly sold stock on the run to minimize damages. Rebuttals are welcome
