I am purely stating that 99.9999999 percent of stinky pinkies that pump a LOI (LETTER OF INTENT) to buy a property are scams and do not happen. You already know they are pumping out prs and dumping shares. I made a few bones here but that's just it don't get caught looking for pennyland where there is nothing hard to back it up. An LOI?
