The first and third are lawyers, I believe.
John V Whitman Jr has multiple bankruptcy cases in the system. He's was found guilty of felony fraud for a publicly traded company before (DYSA - Day Spas of America Inc).
Jackson L Morris has been the defendant in a case brought by the SEC before.
The Rapaport guy is likely the same one showing up for a bunch of bankruptcy cases, as well as civil cases for "capital" companies. I don't know for sure.
