i agree my friend. and "if/when" we get a favorable ruling from the HJJ, my thoughts are that the company should ask for a trading halt which should be picked up by CNBC and many eyes will turn to little ol cheap VRNG waiting for the news.

I agree also. However several people believe its higher than 3.5. And if that is the case i wonder what that could do.
