If it is 3.5 of 20.9% as many of us expect the award will look like 500 mil at first glance and send the stock up at least 2 to 3 bucks, enough for most of us to get a double out of the trade initially. If that is the whole shebang we would likley come back down to 4 to 5 bucks while waiting for more news, JMO, Joe
