If giving away close to 900 million shares, fully diluted, didn't get rog the willingness to pay his court ordered bills, nothing will.

$8 million in losses and all the Wallaces were owed was what, $70k originally? rog has probably spent more than that now on legal fees.
1% of the losses would have ended this years ago, but rog's delusions and stubbornness have hurt the company, yet again.

It's a shame. I'm just glad I'm not one of the investors in this company.

Recall that the Spencers have worked very hard for several years to fence off Wallace from their lives and business.

A book could be written on what all the Spencers and GOSY have endured from Wallace for over 5 years now. Here is a synopsis:

Wallace should have stayed in GA with his original lawsuit and settled at that time (2007). Instead he chose to tie up the GA court system for a couple of years and then move on to Delaware. There he got a default judgment for himself and his parents. He then filed another lawsuit for himself and for George MacLeod. He is attempting to grab all of Mr. Spencer's stock. He got the misdemeanor arrest warrant issued for Mr. Spencer in VA.

Geezz, it is apparent to everyone by now that he has no plans of settling, if he had he would have done so in Georgia. He obviously doesn't have any life of his own and all he has to do is harass GOSY and the Spencers. He is a sad and pathetic man, IMO.
