Recall that the Spencers have worked very hard for several years to fence off Wallace from their lives and business.

A book could be written on what all the Spencers and GOSY have endured from Wallace for over 5 years now. Here is a synopsis:

Wallace should have stayed in GA with his original lawsuit and settled at that time (2007). Instead he chose to tie up the GA court system for a couple of years and then move on to Delaware. There he got a default judgment for himself and his parents. He then filed another lawsuit for himself and for George MacLeod. He is attempting to grab all of Mr. Spencer's stock. He got the misdemeanor arrest warrant issued for Mr. Spencer in VA.

Geezz, it is apparent to everyone by now that he has no plans of settling, if he had he would have done so in Georgia. He obviously doesn't have any life of his own and all he has to do is harass GOSY and the Spencers. He is a sad and pathetic man, IMO.
