Something to keep is mind is:

The Company is not allowed to buy on the Open Market the first and last hour of the trading day...So looking at MM lineups on Level 2 will not signal what the Company is up to those two hours...

then why issue a PR stating "effective immediately"? look, i'm not bashing - i hold a lot of PBLS and possess the patience of a saint. however, and my original question was - why is there speculation as to whether or not the repurchasing has begun when they clearly stated that it has.....
