I believe the company has already made some purchases of restricted shares in private transactions..I don't think any open market purchases have started yet.
"effective immediately" would cover the private transactions already done and be patient..the open market buying will start soon. I hope tomorrow, we'll see.
Part of the PR meant they had already purchased the 'Restricted Share' part of the buy back...
It doesn't necessarily mean that they had started the buy back on the 'Open Market' "immediately" also...
Setting up multiple trading accounts takes some time to do...
As many posters here have relayed to us through their conversations with HQ...They should be up and running this week...Yesterday?...Today?...Tomorrow?...Any of the above are fine with me...
I truly don't think the Company has "lied" about Anything...JMVHO
