I don't know if there is any credibility to this. I just cut and pasted it. It makes me no difference as Nokia is going to pay sooner or later. If by some chance Microsoft did buy Nokia, they most certainly would want this settled I would think.

Hope to see IDCC break $50.00 today and who knows maybe Nokia settles and sells.
