The EEGC smoke machine is in overdrive today.

The trial phase of the SmartWin suit against EEGC hasn't even begun yet. The NOI isn't even scheduled to be filed until at least 6/10/13.

In English, a note of issue (NOI) is used to have the court's clerk enter a case upon the court calendar for trial.

I know the EEGC folk love to talk as if the trial is going on now, but it's not even close.

That's interesting, I must have missed hearing them saying so. Who are they? Please name them and where/what they said.

There is oil in Tasmania. A lot of well respected petroleum people have said so.

If you are from Missouri perhaps you have heard respected technological people talking about the factory somewhere there that is producing the FASER Bose-Einstein condensate machines and the great progress being made developing the breakthrough GTL technology. These would be among the action items Empire is being very low key about so anything you have heard that confirms they are very real and the dynamic progress being made would be much appreciated.

Other than that there is little information about action items. It's all being kept very low key.
